We had a reservation and were seated at our table right away. Andrea helped us with our order, we thank her for that. The meat here is truly excellent. Despite the crowd, the service was fast. The taste is consistent across all the branches I've visited. Atmosphere is pleasant. I recommend it for a quality meal.

The food here is absolutely amazing! Ben, our server, made the experience even better—he was calm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and his attention to detail was impressive. Everything we ordered was exceptional—the bread came out warm and fresh, and each dish was worth the wait. This location is by far my favorite. It’s a shame we live in Orlando, because this would easily be our go-to restaurant if we were local! Thank you, Ben, for the incredible food and outstanding service. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming—the customer service truly stood out.

Texas Roadhouse delivered a feast worth remembering. I ordered the 12-ounce Fort Worth ribeye, smothered with mushrooms, onions, jack cheese, and a rich cream chili sauce. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Alongside it came two warm, buttery rolls that disappeared fast, plus a sweet potato loaded with marshmallows and a maple-like glaze that tasted like dessert disguised as a side. I washed it all down with two cold beers, which paired perfectly with the hearty meal. Sitting at the bar made it even better—the bartender was friendly, upbeat, and kept the vibe fun. Everything was extremely filling, flavorful, and satisfying. A true Texas-sized dinner that hit all the marks. This kind of meal isn’t just food—it’s the kind of indulgence that makes you loosen the belt and smile.

Update – March 5. After my previous review and the response asking me to contact management, unfortunately the same issue happened again. Last night (Thursday, March 5), I placed my usual order from Texas Roadhouse Northfield. I regularly order dinner from Texas Roadhouse Northfield every Thursday and Sunday. My total was $41. As shown on the attached receipt, I paid for an extra side of rice, sautéed mushrooms, and silverware. Once again, the extra rice that I paid for was not included in the bag. The utensils were also missing again, and the sauces that were requested were not included either. This has now happened multiple times over the past several weeks. At this point, I feel like I have to check my order in front of staff every time I pick up my food just to make sure the items I paid for are actually there. To be clear, I am not trying to get free meals. I simply expect to receive the items that I paid for. I order from Texas Roadhouse Northfield twice a week because I enjoy the food and would like to continue being a customer. However, consistency and proper order verification are essential. I hope management at Texas Roadhouse Northfield takes this situation seriously and improves the takeout order process. I have been a loyal customer of Texas Roadhouse Northfield for about a year, ordering dinner every Thursday and Sunday because I trusted the consistency of this location. Unfortunately, over the past six weeks, every single to-go order has had an issue. I repeatedly paid for extra rice that was not included (three consecutive times). On another occasion, the rice portion was only about 4 oz , clearly not a full serving. I have also received steaks lacking seasoning, and twice my steak was overcooked and burnt despite ordering medium. Additionally, utensils were not included with my takeout order. I understand restaurants get busy, but repeated errors over multiple weeks point to a breakdown in quality control and order verification. I hope management addresses these issues and restores the consistency customers expect.
