City Park Tavern

City Park Tavern is a real hidden gem on the edge of downtown Denver. Good food and an even better view of the sun setting behind the cityscape in the distance. Since the dining room looks down towards the Zoo, you can even see the Zoo lights while you eat in the holiday months of the year. We will definitely be returning for another meal.

First timer. Had an excellent experience. Our bartender made fabulous heavy poured drinks. :) Great attitude beautiful smile. So the atmosphere was superb.

First time having breakfast here. Solid experience. I got a basic breakfast 2 eggs potatoes sausage and sourdough. Big space plenty of tables available. Quick service. The price and the views can't be beat.

Went here on a Friday evening for dinner. Food was good but nothing to write home about. I had the green chili burger. Although it wasn’t busy when we got there they seemed short staffed and couldn’t bus a table by the window so we could sit there. Not a huge thing but it makes my review a 4. The acoustic in this place makes it very loud. I didn’t realize that it was IN the clubhouse so it took us a bit to find it from maps. Signage is not good. The view is very nice.
