This was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The steamed pork bow buns were delicious and truly everything was amazing! Many compliments to the Chef. For the quality of food you got the price was right for me. There’s a great ambience and the service was impeccable! I will definitely be coming back.

Loved everything we had! The mei mei cocktail was incredible (and offered zero proof!). We especially loved the details--the chili sauce in the wontons, the eggs in the rice dish, and the spicy orange honey that came with the fried chicken. The shaved ice dessert was nice and refreshing (although not our favorite). The atmosphere was fun as well. Only complaints were we did have to wait for 15 min even though we had a reservation and the chicken was a bit too salty. But definitely worth checking out!

As a taiwanese american that grew up in LA im pretty wary of "elevated" Taiwanese food, but I think Pig and Tiger did a great job with taking classic Taiwanese dishes and tastefully adding a twist to make the experience better. I would honestly say this beats out any elevated Taiwanese restaurants I have had in LA. Fried chicken was so crispy and the rice was such a pleasant pairing! Sesame noodles were perfectly flavored with a great mix of seasonable veggies. Great with their housemade chili oil! Hot and sour soup doesn't really taste like regular hot and sour soup but it tasted good and was pretty damn hot! Overall great experience and probably some of my favorite Asian food I've had in Denver!

Pig and Tiger is a new Taiwanese fusion restaurant in the LoDo area of Downtown Denver. Looking at it from outside, it may not seem like much, but upon walking in, one can sense that they will have a culinary experience. Do be aware that the only parking in the area is metered and timed street parking. I loved the atmosphere here. Dark, moody, great for catching up with a friend or to take someone on a date that you want to impress. The music and overall sound levels in there make it so conversation flows naturally. Service was on point. Our server accommodated all of our requests and took care of us very well. Huge kudos there! The food overall was good albeit either very salty or not salty enough. The mapo tofu and sweet and sour soup I found to be overwhelmingly salty. The mapo tofu in particular I had to eat with a healthy spoonful of rice to endure the saltiness. Sesame noodles and jellyfish salad were very bland in my opinion and I felt like I needed extra sauce or salt for those. Prices are on the higher end but along the lines of what you would expect for a higher end restaurant in Downtown Denver.
