Wildflower is definitely one of the best restaurants in Denver. The menu is incredibly creative and features surprising and unique flavors. The servers offer amazing explanations of the offerings and are always attentive, knowledgeable, polite and fun. The food is delicious and the gin/thyme cocktail is phenomenal. The decor and overall vibe at wildfire is beautiful and cozy. Definitely a favorite spot for date night or a special occasion. Highly recommend!

This is our second visit to Wildflower, and it was just as fantastic as our first. Staff were warm and friendly, as well as attentive and aware of guests and staff walking. They remembered it was our anniversary celebration and offered congratulations and complements multiple times. Our waitress kept our water full, cleared plates in timely fashion, explained the dishes excellently, and even took our photo to remember the occasion. The Bouquet meal was a delicious sampling of their dishes, and each and every one was excellent. The dishes all had complimentary flavors and textures, creating a unique experience as we ate. Tonight my favorites were the Octopus Al Pastor and crispy Moulard Duck with apple and pistachio. The pistachio added something so distinct to the dish I keep thinking about it. The Garden Tomatoes also broke my brain a bit with some really neat flavors that look like a dessert but taste very savory. The dishes all have such character and present new flavors and textures that typical restaurants do not have, which really makes the meal so memorable and interesting. I will caution, the menu is pricey and reflects the quality and care of the ingredients, preparation, and effort by the chef and their team. Be prepared to spend a good amount on dinner. With the Bouquet, drinks, dessert, and tip, a bill for two can top $300. I would consider this an excellent spot for special occasions. I hope we can come back and enjoy the experience again.

Inside the Gravity Haus Hotel, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. One of the best we've ever eaten at in Denver. Absolutely breathtaking dishes, one right after another. Beautiful presentation. Jackie was our server and she was delightful as well. Very knowledgeable with all of the dishes and wine. We will definitely be back!!!

One of the better options in Denver for a fine meal out with creative vision and compelling tastes. The plates were all interesting and tasty and beautiful. Vibes, environment, staff … all excellent across two visits in two months. Great gluten free options as well. Definitely will continue to return as the menu evolves.
