Highline Lounge

Love trying new spots and support local. Walked in there and everyone stopped what they're were doing to look at me at the door. Automatically knew I was in the wrong side of town... Haha but for reals that right there set the tone. I then went to the bathroom while everyone looked at me walk and while in there one the regulars just started to get all rowdy and make unnecessary noise. Sucks that they only have 4-5 beers on tap. So I had to go with a bottled blue moon. While in there they had a news interview on a ICE rage while they're was other few people making awful statements. Saw and heard enough, payed my tab and headed out.

If you want to play pool and mingle with a bunch of cool people, this is the place to go! There's a smoking lounge outside. The staff are very friendly and ready to serve up some cocktails. The owner is pretty cool too! They don't have many food items, but the pizza is always hot. All and all, it's great place to hang out.

Tonight the doors were locked before it was even 12:30. and the last time I went there I had to deal with multiple drunks physically attacking me for flirting with the who they considered to be the wrong woman. They gave me no warning and the woman in question was not taken. The bar staff did nothing to help me or the law enforcement (who they called of their own volition) during this matter. Seems like a boys club for idiots who don’t know what a decent bar actually feels like.
