Ultra Lounge West

I had high hopes for Ultra West and really enjoyed (and impressed with) the direction the venue was heading over the past few months under the leadership of acting managers, Chris and Missy. During that time, there was noticeable improvement in the atmosphere, organization, activity, and overall experience for guests. It felt like the place was finally gaining momentum and building something positive, and enjoyable with variety. Unfortunately, their sudden removal has been incredibly disappointing. From an outsider’s perspective, it raises serious concerns about leadership and the ethics behind how decisions are being made. When individuals who are clearly contributing to success are removed without transparency, it leaves loyal patrons and supporters questioning the stability and integrity of the business. Ultra West has so much potential, but strong, ethical leadership matters. I hope the ownership reflects on the impact of these decisions because many were genuinely excited about the direction Chris and Missy were taking the venue. Personally, I will not support this establishment nor will I recommend this establishment if changes and processes are not addressed.

Came on a Friday night and they had no karaoke… They have karaoke on their sign… Yet when we came, they didn’t have it? They just handed us the mic and said sing along with the radio????? My friend waited 20 minutes for a drink, even though the bar was pretty empty because they only had one person working. I don’t know what the heck happened here, but… yikes. This was a pretty severe bait and switch And just plain poor service too.

Watching Missy and Chris build up Ultra and have it taken away do to greed is very disappointing. I was part of Ultra and watched them both put a lot of work into getting it established and bringing in a great vibe and very successful business. Thanks to their hard work. It's very heartbreaking to see something so cruel to happen to two people. If you are thinking about supporting ULTRA please do not.
