As a serious coffee aficionado, I was so fortunate to be staying in Lakewood such that the Corvus location showed up when I did my morning search for specialty coffee. It turned out to be absolutely remarkable. One of the better coffee venues that I have been to. And as you all know, I come from a coffee town, Houston, with some amazing specialty roasters. I opted for a flight of 3 Panama Gesha coffees. Excellent. And the quality and selection of pastries was absolutely remarkable. Highly highly highly recommended. Note to Corvus, the last photos are of my home collection.

Outstanding specialty coffee. Peach tonic espresso: vibrant peach, crisp tonic, bold espresso in perfect layers. Refreshing and balanced. Paired with the lavender matcha cookie — absolutely delicious together. I will remember this place when I am back in Colorado.

My first favorite coffee roaster in Colorado seriously made this cortada taste exactly like you’d expect from a high-quality coffee roasting. It has great flavors that make the coffee enjoyable and never disappointing. I also love that you can sit at the bar and watch how they make the drinks it’s so fun to see how much they enjoy their work. Amazing flavor and expertly roasted coffee!

This was the best coffee shop experience I have probably ever had. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Watching them work you could see the passion and dedication they put towards their craft and it certainly shows in the coffee they put out. My cappuccino was phenomenal, I could taste every note I expected and I loved that they gave me several options for which beans were used for my espresso. The milk and foam ratios were spot on for a cappuccino. My husband ordered a gesha and it was incredible! Neither of us have ever been to a shop that offers geshas so we were excited to try it and it exceeded expectations. We are excited to go back!
