My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary, and while the room looked just like the photos online, we left feeling a bit underwhelmed overall. One of my biggest disappointments was that this is a brand-new hotel that only opened in February, yet our room had several maintenance issues. The outlet under the TV didn't work, the TV itself froze every few minutes while watching cable, and Amazon Prime on the smart TV wouldn't work. The bathroom fan was also nonfunctional, and most frustratingly, the only outlet in the bathroom didn't work. As someone who wanted to get dressed up for our anniversary, not being able to use the bathroom to blow dry or style my hair was incredibly inconvenient. The staff was fine, but no one really stood out except for the valet attendant, who was by far the friendliest employee we interacted with. Another surprise was the parking situation. Valet was $55 per night, and there didn't appear to be any other on-site parking option besides finding street parking or parking elsewhere and walking. If this is disclosed on the website, it's not very obvious. We ended up using valet every day because it was the most convenient option, but it added a significant unexpected expense to an already costly vacation. As for the view, we were on the third floor and weren't expecting anything spectacular, but our room looked directly at a parking garage that was extremely close to the building. If you're hoping for a scenic or memorable view during your stay, this probably isn't the hotel to choose. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something potential guests may want to be aware of when booking. On the positive side, the location was excellent and easily the best part of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good, and I appreciated having the café and convenience store available on-site. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad, but for a brand-new property and the price we paid, I expected fewer room issues and more transparency about parking costs.

Stayed one night at the Apiary Bellevue Hotel. It was a nice elegant hotel. We were welcome with great service as soon as we checked in. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't wanna get up the next morning. Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay here! They were very quick with any response for housekeeping/needs. Clean rooms, and the kitchenette was so nice to have. I saw they do have self laundry and a gym there too. There is a water filling station by the gym. The breakfast was basic. Would definitely stay here again!
