Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

After cancelling our reservation at a different hotel upon finding the room in a disgusting state at nearly midnight on a Friday night, we called this Courtyard Marriott and spoke to Amber, who assured us she had a room for us and could help us sort out our reservation when we arrived. Amber was knowledgeable and reassuring that we would be taken care of — and we were. Her warm customer service was refreshing, not only after our poor experience at a Holiday Inn, but more generally during a time in which quality customer service is not always the norm. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was great, and the bath towels and wash cloths were fluffy. Location-wise, this hotel is easily accessible from the highway and near some attractions - we also recommend the Italian restaurant connected to Carboy Winery. Thank you, Amber and the Courtyard Marriott, for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is renovated and beautiful inside. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. I especially appreciated the service from Mercedes at the restaurant bar every morning, she memorized my coffee order by the third day and was very courteous and friendly! The food and coffee were delicious and served very quickly. The rooms had a retro yet modern vibe. The gym could do with a few extra pieces of equipment, there were only dumbbells, benches, and treadmills. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Denver area.

I had rooms at the Courtyard for my wedding - Alexis R. was amazing to work with for both this hotel and the Res Inn right in the same complex. She was so responsive and helped with my room block immensely. Thank you to both hotels for hosting our guests from out of town - you are the best and we will book again! Cheers - Lauren
