Very clean, great breakfast and wonderful staff - but the bed felt worn out, I didn't get any sleep, bed was very uncomfortable. Could have used and extra blanket too, but none were in the room. UPDATE 12/24/2025 - I've returned to this place for Xmas Holiday with family - it was a gift paid for by my son, even though it was paid for in advance by them, I wasn't allowed to check in because I wouldn't give them my card for a deposit when they have my son's card. I've stayed here several times and this is the first time I wasn't allowed to check in because they wouldn't use my son's card that he used to pay for the room as a deposit. I live hours away in another state, came after a 14 hour day from work (nursing) and I had to either forfeit the paid for room or have someone drive ALL THE WAY OVER HERE TO GIVE A $50 DEPOSIT . I have never experienced this at any hotel and I worked for nursing agencies in three states for 27 yrs and never had to deal with nonsense like this. I was assigned to a suite, there was a very loud younger family on the other side of this suite, loud (very happy) toddlers and their older siblings, the parents, their TV AND NO PEACE AND QUIET. Right now it is 8:50 p.m. and I've been up since 4:00 a.m. and went to work for 14 hours then drove another 2 hours and this is what I got to deal with. When there are brand new hotels of better quality right by son's house - I'll be staying there from now on .

Clean and mostly up to date with toilet/bath in a room separate from the vanity which is a major benefit. King suite is quite large. The bed was OK. The only problem is the HVAC unit in the room - it is noisy. I turned it off at night which worked fine on a cold night.

There is a power outage affecting thousands and hotels are full including this hotel. Came to breakfast at 9:40 it says it closes at 10. Most food was already pulled , empty and waffle makers filled with burnt leftover waffles you couldn’t use. I went to the front desk. She matter of factly told me “it’s only til 10 on weekends there’s nothing I can do.” I said “is it not Saturday” her response… “ oh I don’t know why she did that”. HORRIBLE! Hopefully they stay open until 10 tomorrow! Lots of hotels near this one that are much better! Pic of what was out for fruit and veggies one cup of each left out. Many were still trying to come for breakfast in time also

The room had some shoe marks on the wall? And one of the outlets looked a little rough around the edges. But the service was great and staff helpful. The gym didn't have an operational water fountain or disinfectant spray for the equipment.
