Worst place to stay ever! Significant mouse fecal matter everywhere, mouse was squeeking incredibly loudly and the mice were not scared of ANYTHING. I was sleeping with my girlfriend and one of them crawled on me at 0300. We packed up and left immediately after that.

i couldn't stay this hotel even i paid 100%. here is the details. i booked here for 2 nights. when i checked in they asked me deposit. i asked is it possible to return even i need leave early before 7 am. because their opening hour is after 7. then told me "I'll think about it" next day i asked them again. then just told me " i don't know" so i asked them again and they told me "we can refund deposit if you leave now" it's incredible because i already paid 100% but they asked me to leave. finally police helped us and they told us "they will make refund" in front of the police so i decided to leave from this property. but next day they changed thair mind and i never get the refund for 1 night even i coldn't stay. and also hotels.com won't help me. I just donated 50 usd for this hotel. it's terrable experience i hope nobody will ruin at this hotel.

Shitty service, the staff steals your things.And then they kick you out and also they owe me money, they never paid me back, they said they were gonna give me a refund.I never got it.The rooms heater never worked, yet they were charging me over $400 a week. Stay away from this hotel.I'm a manager and i'm also a law student.I'm actually gonna be filing a complaint against them with the BBB also, i have filed a complaint with the city about this too

DO NOT STAY HERE!! FIND SOMEWHERE SAFE TO SLEEP!! I would give it negative points if i was able. We booked this place because the images and 2 reviews looked good enough for the price. DON'T BE DECEIVED!! When we arrived there were some seedy looking individuals near the maintenance door to the left of the office which is where the receptionist who appeared much too young to be doing that job and under the influence of drugs. The door to the office was wide open and upon entering i got hit with a strong smell of cat pee, but there was no one inside and the lights were off, when we went inside the receptionist girl came and greeted us to get us checked in and get our key. Before we got our key she said to hold for a few minutes to check our room but while we were waiting we noticed that nobody checked the room we were told was ours. A few moments passed and she came back to us with a key to the room and appeared to be even more intoxicated. When we checked our room I immediately noticed the smell of mold. BAD! Upon further inspection i noticed that every. Single. Surface. Was covered with mold. The carpet was absolutely disgusting with stains of all kinds all over and trash/dirty clothing underneath the bed. The floors in the "kitchen" and bathroom are disgusting and sticky. The filter in the air conditioner was completely clogged and moldy and we we're provided with a mini fridge or trash can. TLDR: Inhabitable rooms with mold and decaying floor supports, no amenities (trash can, refrigerator) bathroom sink did not work, no hot water, bleach stains on red carpet (there is one and only one reason for that), no real door lock (i could push mine open with it "locked"), etc. You get the idea. This is not a safe environment for the owners nor customers. This establishment needs to be condemned and demolished. Find somewhere else.
