I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back again!!! What really made the experience stand out was Brian at the front desk—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and it shows in every detail—from the rooms to the common areas. The room was also surprisingly spacious, which made it easy to relax and settle in without feeling cramped. Although, it is a little far from where I needed to be, the commute was worth it! Each of our rooms had their own bathroom, which was an unexpected surprise! Breakfast was another highlight!!! I wish I could remember the man's name who is in the breakfast area, he is super nice, attentive, and you can tell he cares.. Which means A LOT! There was a great variety, everything was fresh, and it was the perfect way to start the day without needing to leave the property. While the pool was unfortunately closed during my stay, the hot tub more than made up for it!! The fire pit area nearby created such a cozy atmosphere—perfect for unwinding in the evening. Overall, between the excellent service (thank you again, Brian & breakfast man!), the cleanliness, the roomy accommodations, and the inviting amenities, this hotel really delivers a top-notch experience for a wonderful value!! :-)

I stayed here 2 out of a planned 6 nights end of April for work. My husband and I both got bitten by bed bugs, even after switching rooms on the other side of the hotel. This hotel is infested and everything is carpeted, even the luggage carts. After waking up with face bites and a swollen eye, we verified it was bed bug bites with my doctor and decided to check out—all of our stuff had to be put in contractor size trash bags. Unfortunately I drove my car to Denver so we had to get that cleaned too. Lost 3+ days of our trip dealing with this situation, with no help from Hyatt other than a refund. Had to show up to work with my eye swollen and bites all over my face and neck, and reschedule a bunch of appointments. Between me and my husband, we had 50 bites all over our bodies including our hands, and faces. Very uncomfortable. Management was supposed to get back with us with their insurance—this never happened. After the first couple emails, the manager completely quit responding. I have been courteous and factual this entire time despite how much this incident affected us. I still have no idea who their insurance is, because they won’t even tell me the name of the company or the adjuster. They said they got a pest control person out but wouldn’t provide any details when asked. Escalated to corporate, they said they’d get back to us, the timeframe they gave us has come and gone… no response. So unless you want to get bit by bedbugs, lose time and money, and deal with poor ownership and management too while in pain and disabled, I recommend you skip this hotel. Oh, after we checked out and cleaned things, we didn’t get a single bite from ANYTHING the rest of the trip. All of our bites were from our hotel rooms here. The layout of the rooms were nice enough and the bed was firmer but ok… bathroom is a decent size. But none of that is worth getting bit by 50 bed bugs. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. TLDR: hotel is infested with bedbugs and management is unresponsive; escalating to corporate doesn’t even help. Staying here will lose you money.

Toby is an absolute disservice to this hotel. We arrived later, around 9-10pm I believe.. we are aware this of this to start; and that this seems to be a problem with hotels out here, but just not a problem I’ve experienced so we didn’t realize- because when we arrived; we waited for 3-5 min until Toby came around the corner and saw us (another couple waiting for the bar service as well) and then went back to wherever he was behind the breakfast area.. and waited to come back for another minute or so. When he did come back it was with no apology for the delay at all. All he did was put his hand out and say “ID and credit card for incidentals” to which my sister was letting him know (since he didn’t even bother to ask or greet us) that we already had a reservation. To which he sternly and obviously annoyed repeated himself, “ID and credit card for incidentals”… so we didn’t say a word and handed him her ID and credit card he requested. He then told us our two queen would be downsized with no explanation and no apology for the inconvenience.. when I asked and said, “but we paid for two beds” his reply was, “that’s just how it goes”… what a disregard to us and what our expectations were and what we PAID FOR. I am almost 40 years old having worked in customer service more than HALF of my life… this guy was absolutely atrocious and I would be embarrassed if he was one of my employees, this leads back to training and then management and why they allow the very first person the guests interact with to be up front to be a total jerk. My back hurts so bad and not to mention I woke up on my last day to a spider in this “wonderful” pull out bed right by my face. (Yes, I have a picture) I wish I could say this was a great stay, but when your staff starts it out like that and you wake up with back pain and bugs, it’s hard to give credit to the things that were good some times. Great breakfast. But; I won’t be staying here ever again nor will I recommend it. And I will be leaving this review with not only you guys, but yelp, the website we booked and Google review. People should know if they’re going to walk in here, and especially if it’s Toby, they are not going to get greeted with hospitality and kindness. I am so disappointed especially this being the first vacation I got away in years. What a let down.

Room was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was a little weak and the coffee was terrible. Location was great. Staff was good. Our bathroom door squeaked quite loudly, but we didn't ask for it to be fixed so that's on us.
