Just had a 4-night stay at this location. When I stay in a hotel, I evaluate based upon the questions: i) Is the hotel reasonably safe? ii) reasonably clean? iii) reasonably comfortable? and iv) reasonably quiet? Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center hits a solid 5 stars on all of those. In terms of service they do not provide maid service every night. Hence the 4 and not 5 stars there. Also, I was surprised with a $15 parking fee per night. The lot was far from full, and at the rate I was paying for the room, one would reasonably assume that a parking pass for 1 car would be provided.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center for nearly a week, and the experience was extremely disappointing—especially given the expectation that comes with the Hyatt name. The biggest issue was the complete lack of quiet and consideration for guests. Nights were consistently disruptive, with excessive noise from neighboring rooms. In the mornings, starting as early as 8 AM, housekeeping created ongoing disturbances and extremely loud conversations across hallways, doors left open while cleaning while shouting to one another, and personal phone calls that could easily be heard from inside guest rooms. This continued for hours each day, making it nearly impossible to rest, especially for anyone who works nontraditional hours. Additionally, the lack of on-site laundry facilities was highly inconvenient. Guests are either forced to pay for expensive dry cleaning or travel to another property about 15 minutes away, which is not practical for longer stays. Beyond the noise concerns, the overall accommodations fell well below expectations. The bathroom and closet sizes were noticeably smaller than standard hotel layouts, even for a suite. There were also basic oversights, such as the absence of a mattress protector, stained bedding and towels. For a stay totaling close to $1,000, the experience felt more comparable to a budget motel than a reputable hotel brand. Overall, this property does not currently meet the standards expected of a Hyatt hotel. I strongly encourage management to address both noise control and overall guest experience, as these issues significantly impact comfort and value.

We loved our stay here. Rooms are really spacious, modern, and clean. Hotel staff were quite friendly. What stood out the most was the breakfast - probably one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. There are a lot of options and it’s fresh and delicious. The only thing that’s not great is the paid parking, it’s $15 a night for a hotel that’s not exactly in a prime location.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and the service was fantastic! We originally had our booking for one night (the night before the wedding) but it was so wonderful we booked for the rest of the weekend. Maria helped us add the extra days to the booking and she was so sweet and made the process very quick and simple. We also wanted to mention that Monday morning we slept in and missed breakfast but Zuzana caught us and asked if we were looking for food. When we said yes she brought back out the food that was leftover that had been taken to the back. Whenever we are in Denver we will absolutely be choosing this hotel over any other!
