Complimentary hot breakfast with fresh options like French toast is a genuine standout for the price point Staff members, particularly at front desk and bar, are consistently praised for being helpful and welcoming Free parking with rooms is a major perk given Denver's downtown parking challenges Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, including surprisingly good sofa beds Cherry Creek location provides easy walkability to restaurants and shopping, plus a 7-11 across the street
Cleanliness is hit-or-miss—some guests report stained bedding, dirty carpets, and grout that needs attention AC system is controlled building-wide and struggles to cool rooms effectively during warmer months Building shows its age with dated furniture and worn carpets that detract from the Hyatt brand experience Parking is not always free despite what some deals may advertise—expect around $20/night enforced by PMC You'll need a car to reach most shopping and dining beyond immediate walking distance

Rooms could use a deep clean and some upgrades but overall not bad, and good size room. All the staff we encountered were great! Brandon at the front desk was so helpful and friendly at check in and later in the evening at the bar. Parking in their lot is super easy and we got a deal that parking was free with the room. The parking was important to us after reading so many reviews about bad parking in the downtown area. This hotel is centrally located which was easy for our stay. Good hot breakfast with limited Starbucks drinks as well.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this hotel for around $100/night, but I ended up being really pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-kept, and our room was comfortable and in great condition. The bed was cozy, and even the fold-out couch was better than expected—rare for hotel sofa beds! One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. There were plenty of hot, fresh options, and everything tasted great. The French toast was perfect—flavorful but not overloaded with cinnamon, which made my kid especially happy. All the staff we interacted with during the stay were kind, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel also has a cute courtyard area and a small dog relief area, which was nice to see since there were lots of adorable, well-behaved dogs around the property. I originally chose this hotel because it’s close to where my kid lives, but after such a comfortable stay, it’s definitely where I plan to book for future visits. Great value, great location, and a really solid experience overall.

The hotel is located in a decent spot of town, with breakfast offered daily. Right off Colorado blvd, not too far from target & other shopping spots(although you will definitely need a car to get to them). The room was good, only flaw is the ac wasn't blowing cold air. After asking the front desk & looking online it states that the hotel controls the temp for the building. So when it warmed up in the room, the ac did very little, other than blow air to circulate it. If I were visiting during the warmer months I'd def take that into account. Also parking is not free, for those wondering, & the garage/structure parking is not for guests. They charge about $20 a night & is enforced by PMC. Look them up on reddit if wonder how that might play out. TLDR: good spot of town, def need a car to get anywhere, parking is not free, & hotel room ac doesn't work well

I booked Hyatt Place expecting a solid 4-star experience, but unfortunately it felt closer to a 2.5 at best. The building is clearly very old, and it shows everywhere — dated furniture, worn-out carpets, and an overall tired look that really needs renovation. Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The bedding and towels were not just worn, but visibly stained, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the Hyatt name. It didn’t feel like the linens had been properly replaced or inspected between guests. The carpet was also dirty, and the bathroom grout looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To make things worse, there was a pink liquid residue on the sides of the toilet, which was honestly unsettling and made me question the overall hygiene standards. Breakfast was another letdown. For a Hyatt property, I expected better, but the spread was very mediocre with limited and uninspiring options. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating or the Hyatt brand name. With serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and updates, it could improve — but in its current condition, it’s hard to recommend.
