This upscale hotel impresses guests with a standout breakfast buffet and consistently excellent front-desk and restaurant service, though expect to pay for parking and note that standard rooms run small. Known for: exceptional breakfast buffet and impeccable service.
Breakfast buffet is exceptional and worth the $15 per person charge — reviewers called it the best they've experienced. Front desk and restaurant staff deliver impeccable, friendly service throughout your stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable with quality bedding, though standard kings are smaller than expected. Beautiful, well-lit common areas including an atrium-lit pool and elegant foyer make it great for couples. Early check-in is readily accommodated by helpful staff.
Parking costs $20 per vehicle overnight in an otherwise empty lot. Standard king rooms are noticeably small — upgrade if you want more space and amenities. Location in Tech Center is not walkable to nearby restaurants and bars in poor weather (about 15 minutes on foot in good conditions). Hotel shows its age in some areas, and occasional maintenance issues like missing bathroom fixtures have been reported.
Denver Suburbs is a great base for exploring Denver. It's known for its walkable streets, local restaurants, and access to the rest of the city.

The breakfast service and food were special and something to write home about. We were very impressed by the breakfast and thought that it was more than worth the $15 per person charge. Do not miss out on it. Rooms were perfect as well. Everything was in good working order, nothing was missing and the pillows/mattress were comfortable. We could not have asked for more. We had to pay $20 for parking one vehicle overnight - in an empty parking lot - and found this to be unfortunate. But this is not unusual in a high-end hotel in an urban setting. Just be aware that there is a parking fee.

It’s simply a gorgeous hotel to stay the night. They have gorgeous lighting and it’s definitely a place for couples to drop in as the pool is lit with an atrium too. Simply gorgeous foyer with Grand entrance to the restaurant that has lighting too. There’s also lighting for the elevator that you can see in one elevator as you go up. Let’s not forget the impeccable service at the front desk! Ty only thing that was not as desirable was the smaller than expected standard king room. You’d have to upgrade to get more amenities. Let’s not forget the service in the restaurant that was impeccable too. The food was simply scrumptious!!! Last, but not least the front desk was outstanding!

The hotel is dated but everything was pretty much above average. Didn't love the pay to park in the middle of the tech center with no reason to charge given the fact that the hotel is never that busy and had tons of available parking. It's also a little to far to consider it walkable to much in mediocre weather but otherwise would be 15 minutes to talk to restaurants/bars outside of the hotel. Rooms are spacious. Bed was very comfortable. They provided a microwave and got us in the room VERY early. Front desk, restaurant, and bar staff were all very friendly. Pool was a nice amenity. Above average hotel.

It was overall a decent experience. Finding the older overnight clerk Lonise (had on a big white jacket and slippers on) sleep by the stairs and calling her name a few times the first night didn't make me feel safe to a degree. March, the other clerk came and apologized and took all accountability and gave me fresh towels.
