This is our second time staying here for a Red Rocks show and both my husband and I love this hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. The service is excellent; everyone we’ve encountered was friendly and eager to help. A huge thank you to Christopher who checked us in last night after the show and provided stellar service. He was kind, helpful, and he helped us get into our preferred room type. I’m looking forward to our next stay!

This hotel was extremely clean & in a convenient location to visit the Red Rock Amphitheater. There are also plenty of dining options with thin a short drive & plenty of parking. Customer service is never great at La Quinta’s, however, the person working overnight May 28th was ridiculously cranky at check in. The following morning, we received a text asking if we wanted to use our Platinum VIP perk for late check out. After selecting yes, the hotel stated that wasn’t an option. Somehow, immediately following we were offered to add late check out for a fee.

Our first time to Colorado. We went to see a concert in the Amazing Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This hotel was a perfect location. Only about 10 minutes away. The staff working front desk were so nice and super helpful with not only both check-in & out but answered all our questions ranging from directions to recommendations on where to go eat. The rooms were clean. We had a loose toilet seat & we saw the maintenance man in the hall and he came and fixed it immediately. The complimentary breakfast was great and the guy Q who worked there was especially nice. He refilled the food and coffee as soon as it ran out and answered our questions since it was our first time to Colorado and gave great suggestions on what attractions to see. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to see another concert at Red Rocks since it's the best venue we've ever been to for a concert.

The cleaning crew is horrible. If they show up to clean it is spotty at best. While it is awesome that La Quinta allows dogs, vacuuming everyday is a must. The amount of hair on the carpet in my room was just plain gross. Their elevators are also questionable. I was stuck twice in the same elevator. Apparently it is not a new issue to this location. The location is really convenient. The hotel is just dirty.
