We really REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly right from the get-go. Room was super comfy and clean and ready to go - having a table and full fridge PRICELESS. Staff even let us check out an hr early it was awesome!!! Thank you crew!!!

The stay was disappointing on multiple levels. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues: broken lights, a used Q-tip left in the bedroom, and a microwave with visible buildup from old food residue. There was even leftover food in the freezer, which is unacceptable from a housekeeping standpoint. The room also had a persistent musky, sweaty odor, and at night it became unbearable due to strong cooking smells coming from elsewhere. To make matters worse, the window was broken and could not be opened, so there was no way to get fresh air into the room. One positive was that most of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, good service alone couldn’t make up for the overall condition of the room and experience. With so many better options nearby, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. There are simply too many issues to overlook.

I arrived a little late at night and the gentleman at the front desk was excellent. He was very courteous and helpful. The room was a little smaller then I imagined but was very clean and spacious enough for me. Great location and just minutes away from shopping and restaurants if you wish.

March 3rd Edit: See told you. Simple response that blames the customer and takes zero responsibility for the poor stay. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this property like it's COVID. Oh, to the person who responded from the Residence Inn, shall I post a photo of the HUGE sign you have in the hallway talking about dinner? Hmmmm? Well, I really wanted to leave at least three stars. Then I received the email with the invoice from my stay. $10.00 FOR PARKING! What the…..I have no other choice but to park. Maybe I wouldn’t be mad if 1) it’s mentioned when booking or 2) your front desk clerk mentions it during check-in. Let’s start at check-in. NONE of my minimum benefits for being a gold member was mentioned or even offered to me. I had to ask for the late check-out. No mention of dinner running until 10 p.m. We arrived around 9 p.m. It would have been nice. No free bottles of water. No upgrade. The room: The room I booked was to have a fireplace. Mine didn’t. Then the AC unit sounded like 50 Blackhawk helicopters flying overhead all night long. That made it easy to sleep. NOT. Breakfast: The meal that could save the stay. 30 minutes left in breakfast and they refused to add more scrambled eggs or sausage to the buffet. I feel bad for the family after us. At least we got the last of the eggs. They just got cereal and toast. Marriott, do better. There are 30 other hotels I can pick around that area. Do better. Yes, you will respond with some cookie-cutter response to this review about how you will re-train your staff. You won’t. Put your money where your mouth is…..
