Husband's company had a cocktail hour, dinner party and awards banquet here and got rooms for everyone. It was so nice! Live classical music in a dimly lit bar area, the large event rooms were setup beautifully. The hotel itself is Hilton all the way! Luxury, quality, exactly what you'd expect from a Hilton. This resort had a great spa as well. The pillows, I have to say, were PERFECT. And such nice bathroom amenities. Gorgeous marble and modern luxe finishing touches. We ordered room service which came quickly, hot and delicious. Their Mac and cheese was incredible! I definitely recommend this particular hotel resort to those traveling or needing a stay-cation like us!

The rooms could’ve used some updating, but the hotel was pretty good. Nice location. The breakfast was pretty good, but the service was lacking. We had to go up and ask for coffee. The restaurant downstairs had decent food and the bar was open late as well. The hotel is technically only 30 minutes from the airport, but Denver traffic has gotten bad. Took us almost 50 minutes. Plan accordingly.

Could not eat or take medicine for 8 hours because there is no complimentary water on site other than bathroom faucet water. Market and mini fridge prices are outrageous (it was over 50 dollars for two snacks and two bottles of water). No one stationed at coffee shop so i could not ask them for water there. No complimentary water dispenser in the lobby. So I waited to take medicine and eat until they served dinner at the wedding I was attending the same day. Staff was overall ok, some didn't know what they were doing and others seemed experienced and were very nice. Valet was prompt. As far as the actual building, upper floors the ceiling was like...slanted? and close to the ground. It felt so odd and cramped coming down the catwalk off the elevator. Room was alright. Beds clean and there was a mini fridge. Shower is only stand up with very dirty grout. Closet was small, ramshackle, with a stubborn wooden panel door that creaked when I finally got it open. There was a cheaper hotel nearby I stayed in the first night was MUCH more spacious, had continental breakfast and was a way better experience. Here you are paying more for the onsite restaurant and it being a venue destination. Expected more for the price. For that reason I would call it "OK" or "Acceptable" but wouldn't recommend.

I guess all you need to be a 4 star resort is amenities because the actual service and rooms are terrible. No microwave in your room and while staying on Christmas day we were told they have in-room dining by the front desk yet when trying to order food we were sent to voicemail. Called the front desk was told they contacted the manager and we would get a call back in 5 minutes but never got a call back. Had to eat Burger King because it was the only place open on Christmas day. I'll NEVER stay at a Hilton hotel again!
