The rooms are actually fantastic for the price and there bot being a deposit is also a major plus. Very nice workout facility amd k cup coffee maker in the roo. Is another plus. The check in staff is super sweet and helpful. The only negative experiences I had was the manager being very rude to me when I had to change my flat tire in the parking lot and the housekeeper who was also very disrespectful and authoritative.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The place full of persons that look like they have a hotel voucher from some government agency. I know some have jobs that they work hard at. Cici at the front desk was great. The TV in the room didn't work. She (Cici) tried to help. My friend and I ended up fixing the TV in our room. The rules to the place was no drinking outside of your rooms, have to wear shoes, and clothes at all times outside of your room ( Did they have a problem with it before?) Of course No Drugs. But every time we walked out of our room, we could smell Marijuana up and down the hall no matter what time of day or night it was. They have a no smoking clause that charges $250 for smoking in the room. The next morning, the head housekeeper came to our room an hour before checkout and said it was time to leave now and it was a $35.00 late fee. I went down to the front desk and said that the check out time was at noon on our reservation. She confirmed that it was. We tried to get another night as we had errands to run(like Dr.'s appointments). The Maid was at the desk saying that it would be $100.00 plus tax. I agreed to pay the price as we were running out of time to leave for our appointments. Cecilia( the housekeeper) that they can't extend our stay because of some computer capabilities that won't allow them. I have done this before at other places. I then went through my booking agency and reserved the room again. I went down to the front desk for the third time, and that is when the front desk informed me that the housekeeper said that she smelled something from our room. That was impossible because we only made coffee and sprayed perfume in the room. Plus, my friend is one oxygen and can not be around an open flame while using it. So needless to say, we had to pack quickly and load the car. We were running late. I feel that this place was not used to our type of clientele and made us an easy target. Also I was afraid that they were going to charge me thev$250. Extra.

Our stay was very nice, room was super cute. Only issues we had were water left all over the floor from the people who came to clean our A/C and the 2 piles of dog poop I found under the bed while looking for the remote I dropped! Cici is AWESOME!!!!

The room was nice, although they have a kitchen and don't supply any cooking wear. Bed felt smaller than a queen. Had to check out a week earlier due to a family emergency. Which I informed them multiple times. They refused a refund then didn't check me out so they were going to charge me late fees.
