Went to eat at this location for lunch. This restaurant is small, but very clean , and the food is so worth it. There really was no decor. It is basically a clean , minimalistic dining room. There are tables and chair seatings only. There is a bathroom , but I haven’t been in it. This restaurant has lunch specials and dinner sized meals. It opens for lunch, so there is no breakfast served. The menu doesn’t have pictures , but it does have an easy to read layout. I had the lamb shank , and it came with a big bed of rice , salad , hummus and pita , and tzatziki sauce for the lamb. The lamb was deliciously flavored , fall off the bone tender , and juicy. The baklava was perfect. The nuts were ground finely so it was perfect to eat on the run without having to worry about anything getting stuck between your teeth. There was no hot beverage. The Lebanese tea is served cold. But that’s okay bc the food was PERFECT. The pita bread was fluffy like pancakes. Yes, it was the best in texture and flavor. The service was very friendly. I heard there was another location. I wish the owner would set up a location up in the foothills so we don’t have to drive so far (40 minutes away for me and my friend ) for his delicious and healthy cuisine. This location is located by the Walgreens. On the side where you can see the sign for the pick up pharmacy. It’s right in that strip next to it. There is plenty of parking . The AMC theater is about 10 minutes away after jumping on 470 west to the next exit if you want to hit a matinee after lunch.

The food at Byblos was so good! Exceeded my expectations! The rice had amazing flavor and the hummus and eggplant were 10/10. Everyone was so nice and the service was quick. I got the vegetarian plate and the eggplant dish.
