Our first visit - Lovely restaurant with great service. We very much enjoyed the pizza - half a 12" pie is plenty for lunch, so we didn't need to spend as much as we did. Was happy to be able to customize my pizza by adding bell peppers. I prefer a firmer crust in the middle, but overall a really great experience. Good selection of food other than pizza available. My hubby was eyeing the gelato - we will be back! Tables seat 6. Open seating.

We stopped here to grab a bite to eat on the last day of our vacation in the Denver area. Food was excellent! Some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had and the homemade balsamic on my salad was delish. My husband got a pizza and said it was wonderful. Would definitely come here again if we are ever in this neck of the woods.

Coyote Table Artisan Kitchen & Bar is an excellent restaurant with outstanding food, creative dishes, and a great overall atmosphere. Everything we ordered was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell the menu is crafted with intention, using quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations that really stand out. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a modern, comfortable feel, making it a great choice for date night, dinner with friends, or a special occasion. Coyote Table consistently delivers a high-quality dining experience and is a place I confidently recommend and look forward to returning to.

Food was absolutely delicious. Issue was the owner. Me and my husband dined at the bar and enjoyed a drink and some burrata. First issue, during our stay we saw the owner Vilma talking with another customer downing shots together. No issue that is fine but what’s not fine is we then heard the owner say she was going to go pick up her kids from school. Who on earth drinks then proceeds to drive impaired to tow children around. Insane. Second issue, we could barely get any service because Vilma was too busy talking to the other customer and going back to the kitchen. Food was amazing but the morals of this restaurant are foul.
