My business partner and I ate ramen here a couple of months ago and were so impressed that we chose Glo for our annual work anniversary dinner as well. We did the tasting menu and it was absolutely unreal. The hamachi and the surf & turf were my favorites. The fish was incredibly delicate and fresh, and the almonds + citrus in the yuzu sauce were such a perfect pairing that I genuinely had to remind myself I was in public and could not lick the plate. The wagyu melted in my mouth, and the little potato puff with the steak and lobster was the kind of bite you don’t forget. We also loved sitting at the counter watching the chefs cook. They chatted with us, explained ingredients, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and special without being over-the-top. I’ve told so many people about this place already, and I’ll absolutely be back soon.

Our food was fantastic. We got the shrimp Tempera small plate, kimchi shoyu and the waygu brisket shoyu. I’m gluten free and loved how they can make almost anything GF. My husband got the gf noodles so we could share and he said he couldn’t notice. Said it was the best ramen he’s had in Denver. We will definitely be coming back :) Thanks for a great anniversary dinner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tim and I had an absolutely stellar experience at GLO Noodle Shop, and it more than lived up to the hype. We kicked things off with the fried chicken wings and that unforgettable garlic fish sauce dip — rich, punchy, and wildly addictive. For ramen, I had the pork and shrimp ramen, which was deeply comforting with layered, soulful flavor, while Tim ordered the wagyu brisket ramen, and wow — melt-in-your-mouth tender, luxurious, and perfectly balanced. The drinks were truly out of this world — creative, thoughtful, and elevated without being fussy. And the service? Absolutely incredible: warm, attentive, and dialed in from start to finish. Thanks Aspen and Alicia for this fantastic Dining experience. Michelin status fully earned. This is the kind of place you leave already planning your return. 🍜✨

Continues to hit the spot after the fourth visit in the past year or so; it's been a good place to introduce others to. Menu changes quite a bit, which keeps it fresh, though it's sad to see some bangers go in the process. Small plates overall continue to be interesting as well as tasty, and the ramen continues to be good.
