If you go and the weather is decent, definitely ask to sit outside. The view from the outside sitting area is amazing. I enjoyed the way they pace the dinner. You start with a drink and appetizer if you choose. After that they set you up with bread and a salad after you've ordered your main course. The food was all amazing and the server was kind and extremely helpful with the menue. Definitely a place to get out if you're in the area.

Stopped at this cute place for a business lunch. They had nice fire pits setup and a beautiful view. Service was good but they messed up a few of our drinks multiple times throughout the lunch. Appetizers were OK and the taco bar they setup was also OK but I think they accidentally dumped too much spicy in the bison meat 🥵 it was HOT! We had leftover money on our tab and couldn’t drink anymore so they gave us a bottle of wine which was really nice.

This was my first visit to The Fort. Everything was fantastic. I tried the game platter and added a side of buffalo ribs. Service and atmosphere can't be beat. I recommend the charcuterie platter for an appetizer. Don't pass this up if you are within a few hours drive.

The last time I was here was 30 years ago. The food and service were amazing. The atmosphere was great as usual. I highly recommend eating here at least once during your visit in the Denver area. They do have history presentations on various days.
