I found Axistence at a health fair on Buckley and quickly called it home. It’s by far the best gym in the Aurora/Denver area! Regardless if you’re new to fitness or seasoned, the coaches have a wealth of knowledge and are simply elite. The community is second to none and the workouts will push you. Movement is so important and this gym makes sure that our bodies do just that. Not every workout is heavy/fast/typical (except no workout here is typical) - some are simply just moving, but don’t let that fool you. Those flows are something else. Highly recommended! Go and check it out!

This is an exceptional business full of great coaches and members. I joined Axistence in January 2020, which meant I had just a few "normal" months before COVID restrictions set in. I joined with a lot of running experience but little formal strength training. From the first day, Ryan, Dan, and the other coaches made every effort to provide me with detailed, useful feedback to improve. As a result, I've made huge strides in my form and movement, allowing me to progress more quickly than I'd expected. I was also impressed with how hard the Axistence team worked to accommodate various needs during COVID restrictions; it was a good window into how much thought and intention they put in to create tailored programming that helps everyone meet his/her/their individual goals. Lastly, I'll note that the other members have been a great source of community, support, and humor when there wasn't much of those things going around! Kudos, y'all.

I joined this gym about a month ago and have LOVED it so far. The trainers are great and very personable. The unique thing about this gym is they train you to be active and able in the outdoors. They do nearly weekly outdoor activities that you can participate in.

Axistence was recommended to me as an approachable alternative to Xfit, so when I was looking to return to functional fitness I started here. Ryan is an excellent coach and brings great energy to the classes, the programming is fun and functional, and the people are super friendly and welcoming. You won’t find a hyper-competitive environment where the score comes first, but solid workouts to build strength and endurance for whatever life brings your way.
