We came for a friends birthday and we had such a great time. The staff, Nayeli and Darlene was so kind and helped us with everything. We loved it!

e recently hosted a birthday party for my son’s 10th birthday on January 18th, and I cannot recommend Ka Ko Joe’s highly enough! We had a large group—10 energetic kids and over 25 adults—but the team handled the crowd with absolute ease and grace. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and attention to detail were on another level. Hosting a large group of adults alongside a kids' party can often feel chaotic, but the staff ensured that everyone was taken care of. They were truly exceptional and went above and beyond, helping us with: • Seamless Scheduling: Everything ran exactly on time, allowing us to just enjoy the moment. • Proactive Service: Whether it was managing the plates, refreshments, or the "whole nine yards," the staff was always one step ahead of our needs. • Attentive Support: I never had to go looking for help; the team was right there, making sure every guest felt welcomed. I went Friday! Best day ever, the staff were really friendly. The girl at the prize counter with the red shirt and glasses was the nicest, she made sure we had everything we needed. My kids had a wonderful time!! Will come agian!

Had so Much fun with the fan bought a $40 card and every penny was worth it. It was that packed in the store but the vibes with attend Mia was awesome. She was so sweet and helpful She kept coming up to us and making sure we were OK not only did I feel welcomed. I felt like every penny I spent was worth it Not only did Mia make me and my family feel comfortable. She showed us a real customer service and 2nd mile service looks like I have never been in a place where I have felt so much professionalism and family like she was so respectful and deserves a better title or anything. We are definitely coming back and becoming regular. This Is the first time we’re coming but not the last thank you to Mia ! ♥️♥️♥️
