I've been a member at Mountain Strong for two months and it's the best gym experience I've ever had. The coaches care, teach you and push you to your limits. There is a place for everyone: Crossfitters, Climbers, and anyone willing to push themselves to be better. Wouldn't want to call any other gym home!

The community that Mountain Strong has been able to cultivate is wonderful. With many conditioning gyms, it sometimes can feel intimidating but not here. The coaches and owners make you feel part of their family. The members are open, friendly, and the best part, encouraging. The environment here allows your training to feel fun, that's the sweet spot in my opinion. Moving to Colorado and now been here for 2 years, 90% of my friends are from here. The gym always has phenomenal clinics to work on all types of things. From breathing, to climbing knots, to getting your rowing form perfect. They're always getting the community together for fun workouts followed by a relaxing BBQ after. I can write on and one but this place is truly magical. I am so grateful for the connections and life long friends that I have made. This has everything to do with the coaches and owners who have dedicated themselves to creating a place where your health and training can be a happy adventure. Don't get it twisted, they bring it and you will get your pump on but in a fun way.

Mountain Strong is an awesome gym! The CrossFit is great for a workout, and the bouldering wall is great to work on climbing skills. The unique climbing oriented "Kraft" workout classes are a great way to improve climbing strength and endurance. The owners/trainers are fantastic and really know their stuff, (plus they're incredible athletes in case you need someone to compete against in the workouts). The community is also really great, we're always meeting new cool people every time we go. Now if they would only move their location closer to where I live... :)

The is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The coaches and other members are very supportive, encouraging, and helpful. I first started attending the gym as part of their seasonal Ski Conditioning class. When I began working out, an empty barbell was my workout weight, which made it intimidating to watch serious athletes workout around you. However, nobody judges or cares how much you can lift. Everyone is just happy to see people show up and work hard. I can highly recommend Mountain Strong!
