Ophelia's shines as an intimate music venue with excellent sound, friendly staff, and multiple viewing options, though operational inconsistencies and unclear age policies have frustrated some visitors.

I've always wanted to go pretty bad, and finally it happened! I got to town before Ophelia's shut down and never got to visit but now I got to! Wish I could say it went better! Lol. First, the ticket I bought (and paid for) doesn't transfer so I had to pay twice the price for a location I didn't want. Not necessarily Ophelia's problem and sure whatever, I'm here for the show I'll get another one. (Luckily wasn't sold out!) anyway. Get to the floor and it's my first time so I had to give up and ask about where my seats are. Chart changes per show, and sure, that makes sense! But it feels strange to have to log in to Ticketmaster & use their website instead of something easily accessible through (or at!) Ophelia's. Without showing specific seats, i ended up parallel with the stage. The seat furthest east is basically on the wall of the stage, and really shouldnt even be an option. Would not recommend seats 109 & 110 if you want a half decent view of the stage. During the opener they kept the lights on the upper level way too bright. In the middle of the set they randomly turned them UP! And then back down, but still overly bright for even a nice dinner setting. Really weird. Not to mention how terrible the audio quality was. Psymone Spine kicked ass but the audio did them no favors at all. And now, the fog machine. Turned it on and kept it on until the temperature changed, visibility was low, and then the fire alarm went off.. After about an hour of waiting between sets for the main show, they come out to tell us they have to cancel because of "power issues" - oof. Some nights aren't meant to be, and that's life. But with as many shows as I've been to, this whole experience was really off putting. Ive learned to try not to get caught up in little things at concerts with as many as I go to, but I can't hold my tongue here. It felt very amateur. Pixel Grip was the perfect show for this venue and it'll be a while before I get that excited for a show/venue combination. Looking forward to trying again, I suppose.

absolute horrible venue and extremely rude staff. I called to see if my Little sisters would be able to come with me and enjoy an evening with the tribute band “ Smells like Nirvana” And the man I speak to on the phone, said that we would be perfectly fine as long as they were not caught drinking and such. Once we got to the door There was a white lady with a mohawk who yelled at us for even thinking about coming, because they were not 21+. She was extremely rude, there was no refund on our tickets, and no chance to even explain our situation. On Ophelia’s website, it says to check Ticketmaster for age policies, and Smells like Nirvana was the one concert at their venue that did not show age ranges 21 and up on Ticketmaster, And I believe that if their website says to check Ticketmaster for a specific age policies, they should have those listed on Ticketmaster, regardless of their personal website, As their personal website says something completely different. Honestly, I highly do not recommend this venue for the rude staff themselves. in both of the photos, there is nowhere that says ages 21+ in event information or important notes, Which is exactly where it would be listed.

Had a blast at the Grand reopening. Love the Flobots and the wife got us a balcony table. Not only was the entertainment fantastic but the service as well, our server was fantastic the view phenomenal and the overall experience 10/10. Great drink selection, great audio, great food, I had three different nice beers while the wife enjoyed a nice cocktail. They had gluten free food for her and kept us stocked on water. The lights and show of the venue are fantastic as well, audio was great but not as well tuned for the opener as often happens at venues. Will definitely be back for any show that comes through here I like. I didn't get the chance to go before but Ophelia's is truly a gem with its reopening.

Optimal small venue for music, clean, with a friendly staff and a nice sound system. The general admission area is spacious and raised side viewing surrounds it. Additionally, more seated access to the stage includes a balcony above which is also serviced by a large video screen. Reprise, from the northeast, recreated 2 Denver '97 Phish shows during their 2 night western debut in January '25. Ophelia's showcasing of these guys resulted in a fun first night, followed by a wicked, good, super buzz worthy (and, comfortably packed), night 2. Locals like to cite that the Electric Soapbox used to house a brothel before becoming a hostel, but my visit found its best social purpose has manifested. Find your way to Ophelia's- enjoy friends, dancing, music, and Mile High-minded fun!
