An amazing day in Denver’s Golden Triangle! It’s a total "pro tip" that the Denver Art Museum (DAM) and the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art officially merged, meaning one ticket now unlocks both experiences. If you are visiting Denver, do not miss the Kirkland Museum! We had an incredible experience, and the best part is that one ticket gets you into both the Denver Art Museum and the Kirkland, as they are now part of the same campus. It is an unbeatable value for a full day of culture. While the DAM is massive and impressive, the Kirkland is a total hidden gem for anyone who loves interior decor. The way they display the art is so unique—instead of cold, empty galleries, the pieces are arranged in "vignettes" that look like actual rooms. You’ll see world-class furniture, lamps, and ceramics paired with beautiful paintings, which gave me so much inspiration for my own home. If you are looking to relocate, renovate, or just want fresh ideas for a new place, this museum is a goldmine for "real-world" design layouts. It feels more like walking through the home of a very wealthy, artistic friend than a traditional museum. Tip, :) Start at the Denver Art Museum to see the big exhibits, then take the short walk over to the Kirkland for a more intimate, cozy, and inspiring finish!

Super lovely museum with a unique collection. Greatly appreciated the mix of organizing by historical period with trends, by namesake artist, and by specific scenarios. A great museum to visit.
