This was a nice place to visit and hang out for our dance convention. We had a bit of an in prompt too managers reception. Chips, drinks, played some cards. The atmosphere is great. Very spread out, tv every place. The food was a bit underwhelming. We got the chip trio with salsa, guacamole and qeuso. All three dips were the same tempature, cool. I thought maybe the qeuso would be warm. No, it was alright thou. The salsa looked like such, but tasted like nothing. I thing just tomato sauce with garlic salt and red pepper flakes would have more salsa flavor than what we got. All the same, it was a good enough snack to accompany our beverages. The service is great and after a snafu with the credit card company the next day, their tram was prompt to get back to me and resolve the issue, or non issue. This was a nice suprise and well received by me. Overall, I'd go back and maybe just try a different food type item.

Spacious Bar at the Hyatt hotel. Food is below average at best (we had the wings - not so good) and pretzel (average), and we heard similar feedback from others at the bar. However, they do remain open later than the area hotels/bars - so a good place for a drink. The service was fine. I would not go back to eat, but certainly would go back for an evening drink as we plan where to go next.

This is a bit out of date, but wanted to give a huge shoutout to the team, but especially Monica and Sylvia, who helped me create space for a 50-person gathering, bring us drinks, and manage the bar bill throughout to make sure we didn't overspend, all with ~1 hour of notice. They were so gracious and anticipated every need. Highly recommend!

I went in and ordered their 5 piece chicken tenders. It was $9. Cashiers nice and pleasant. I was a bit skeptical when my order was ready in 90 seconds. But I know why. The tenders were microwaved. They were so bad I managed to eat one and threw the other 4 in trash. Skip this place. You’re better off going to McDonald’s at that rate to have tenders actually cooked. This review in no way or fashion is geared towards the staff; only the quality of the food.
