Cinnabon

I placed an order online for two drinks and some rolls. When I arrived, they had nothing. They didn't have any hot drinks, not for up to 45 minutes, and the same with the rolls, which would take up to 30 minutes. It seems illogical that they only had cold drinks in winter, when it was 33°F outside. I couldn't cancel the order through the app. The store employee ended up giving me whatever he wanted, and I didn't leave with what I had ordered. For a store in a busy commercial area on a weekend, I think their operation is unacceptable.

This place has got to be the most disorganized, and unprepared, Cinnabon I have been to. I'm an American, so I have been to plenty! Upon arrival, they waited til someone finally ordered a classic roll to, and I mean this literally, put the next batch of them into the oven and stated to us we had to wait thirty minutes. So it left us a few options to get immediately, cause they only had the minis on hand, along with some churro-looking boogers. So I got the mini-bon. The store was so small to even enjoy it cause the heat was a constant in the dining area too, so we had to eat outside. A mess all around.

Honestly, the worst experience. So unfortunate that no one can help anyone unless you have their app and even after having the app historically on your phone, they can’t figure out how to help you. Would not recommend this place at all wouldn’t mind seeing it go out of business

This place is horrible.. My mini cinnamon roll was so hard. The Indian man working was talking on his personal phone while I was ordering and rude when I asked questions. Worst place to go.
