Novo coffee is an old-time Colorado coffee shop that has been around for quite a while with 3 locations now. I visited the location off of Glenarm and in between 16th and 17th. It is a smaller location which makes sense given the location being in central downtown but they have a decent amount of seating and they are quick. I almost always order a matcha latte when I visit coffee shops so did the exact same thing when visiting here. They do source their own matcha and it is good but I wish they used a bit more of it in their matcha latte. I tasted predominantly just milk as opposed to the nice, bitter matcha flavor. They did do a good job of getting my sweetness level right. I asked for light ice but got quite a bit of ice. No big deal. The internet speed here is fast enough for most peoples' workflows. If you are looking for really fast speeds for large meetings, heavy computation work, working with large files, etc. the speed may not be adequate. Attached to this review is a speed test I performed when they were relaxed and not busy.

Came to Novo Coffee on the morning of the 8th November 2025 on my Denver trip. Was on 16th street and wanted some coffee, so I came to Novo Coffee to get a mocha to fulfil my needs. I had heard about Novo before and praise for it so that helped me want to come here. Really cool spot and the coffee was really good!

Enjoyed a nice break from the heat on a summer morning and a good cup of coffee. I had the drop coffee and my wife had a lavender latte. They make all their own syrups. I tasted the latte. Very tasty! We also had breakfast burritos - bacon and vegetarian. Very good flavor. Mine was a teeny bit cold in the middle. Not enough to complain about. Just noting it. I could've had them warm it. I'm sure the friendly staff would've done so happily. The room is a bit noisy because of the industrial decor, not not annoyingly so. Thought about eating outside in the shade but no tables were open. Overall a great experience!

Hip place, nice vibe, very friendly staff. Super simple menu, all of it wonderful. Hot and cold coffee selections, pastries, and an amazing breakfast burrito. Prices are excellent. Matcha and Banana cream pie latte were both great. Quick turnaround
