A Christmas Eve visit to The Cheesecake Factory was a treat. But a failure. The service was slow. Maybe short staffed for the daytime? They didn't have the crispy brussel sprouts appetizer so we ordered the crispy crab bites, which were tasty ... And crispy. The chicken parmesan "pizza style" was also not available so Evelyn's Favorite Pasta was it. Recommended by the server, it was heavy on the pasta, light on the vegetables when it would have been better the other way around. The picture if it on the website looked nothing like the meal we were served. The shrimp scampi was decent although it was mainly a huge, dense, brick of angel hair pasta sitting on the thinnest layer of "sauce" and tomatoes. Dry. Almost flavorless. The whole garlic cloves added saved the dish. The staff in the cheesecake factory portion didn't show pride in their job, laughing, playing, throwing on toppings in cheesecake prep. The fresh brewed tea was good. The cheesecake was good. Overall a bust. I cannot recommend.

We had a great late lunch at this location, while in Denver. The waiter was very friendly and the food was delicious. Most of the group had the lunch portions and they were more than enough! This is a must when you visit downtown Denver!

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Cheesecake Factory! We started with an old fashioned and an Ultimate margarita on the rocks. Both drinks were perfect! The complimentary bread basket had 2 kinds of bread: white and their signature pumpernickel bread. For entrees we ordered the chicken parmigiana sandwich with a side salad and the Thai noodles with shrimp. Our only complaint was that the salad was not so good because the lettuce seemed old. But the sandwich and the noodle dish were wonderful! Our server, Lynn V., was exceptional: attentive, friendly, and helpful!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Cheesecake Factory in Downtown Denver, CO If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! I think the first time I ever had Cheesecake Factory was around 2012 and honestly, I only had cheesecake. For years I thought that’s all they served! The funny part is I even knew a previous manager there through a friend, yet somehow never realized they had a full food menu. Recently I went online just craving cheesecake and decided to check out the menu, and wow, I felt totally duped in the best way. I had no idea what I’d been missing. I ended up ordering a bunch of different dishes just to try them all, and everything was incredible. The flavor, portions, and presentation were all perfect. This time I ordered delivery, but next time I’m definitely coming in to dine at the Downtown Denver location. Hands down some of the best food I’ve had in the city. From now on, I’m not just going for dessert, I’m going for dinner and dessert!
