⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m currently here for a four-day stay in downtown Denver and wanted to give a special shout-out to the front desk team—Mel and Teresa. Both have been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it truly shows how much they care about the guest experience. The hotel has a great team overall. Breakfast has been excellent—the chefs are preparing delicious, fresh, made-to-order omelets for guests each morning, which is a great touch. The food is fresh and well organized. The linens and sheets are clean and well maintained, the coffee area is always tidy, and the rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable with beautiful city views. The beds are especially comfortable, and the downtown location is ideal. Big appreciation to the entire staff, and a special thanks again to Mel and Teresa for being so proactive and helpful. Keep up the great work—I’ll be sure to share this feedback with leadership.

We stayed at the Embassy for a weekend with my family. Great location, easy to walk around to shops & restaurants. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Very nice breakfast in the AM and a plus was the evening complementary happy hour & snacks!! Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a work event. It is one of the fanciest places I have gotten to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were almost overwhelming, and the omelet bar chef was cheery and fun! I hope I can go back soon.

Make sure you lock down your hotel room door latch!!! The hotel venue was nice. However, I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel I checked in and got to my room 1916. I had locked the door with the door latch. I was settling into my space and turn on the tv and a male employee opened the door. i was mortified and frightened as i was not expecting this to happen. Luckily the door latch prevented him from coming into the room. I did not allow him to come in. I asked him what he was doing and i don't think he could speak english. he had a cart with sodas. and i said, "no i don't want anything." "why did you barge into my room?!" he did not answer me. following that i said, "don't ever do that again, you need to knock!" The next morning i checked out of the hotel. The shower was a bad experience, the tub was clogged and water was not draining. I took a shower and stood in a tub that had standing water that would not drain. it was so gross. I told the front desk and all she said was.. "ok i will let engineering know. " that was it.
