The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel overall felt well maintained. The lobby looked elegant and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location was also a big plus, everything felt accessible and convenient, especially for moving around without needing a car. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast. For the price, it was honestly excellent. The food was very good, well organized, and the staff working the breakfast area were incredibly kind and attentive. The service there made the mornings feel relaxed and pleasant, and considering how expensive Denver can be, having such a solid breakfast included felt like a huge win. We arrived very early and the hotel stored our luggage without any issues, which we really appreciated. They also allowed us to check in around 1 p.m., which made a big difference after waiting. The only downside was a minor issue with the toilet in the room, where the chain seemed to get stuck and didn’t allow the water to fully refill unless adjusted manually. I didn’t get a chance to report it since we were busy, but aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value for the price and is a solid bang for the buck when staying in Denver.

Recently stayed at the Hampton inn for 5 days for an event at the convention center. The location was perfect for my needs. Clean room, good service from all staff but especially Kevin. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. He was also so friendly. As the first interaction I had in Denver, he really set the tone of the trip for me and made my stay incredible. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

This location isn't very digital. Made a reservation on the HH app. Started a chat for an early check in, even told the front desk "Mgr" Kevin that I had a reservation but wanted to wait on the chat on the app. 3 hrs go by I've never in 7yrs waited more than 5 to 10 min for a chat response. (Also didn't know its the front desk that responds to the chat) Called HH to ask why as a Diamond member am I getting no response? After a call back it was made known that I can go ahead and check in which I did on the HH app, selected my room and requested a digital key. Again, crickets. Called HH back asking why Again am I getting no response, no key? Kevin tells HH to just have me stop at the front desk to check in and I didn't understand why when Hilton implemented the self check in and digital key for the convenience of a swift contact less experience. I reluctantly approached Kevin and showed him my HH app and the chat and wondered how come there was no response. He claims there was no chat on his end even tho I showed him I did. He then said "well if you give me your id I can check you in" (mind you the Diamond desk verified me twice and called him twice) I then asked if I still have the room I've already checked into and he stated he doesn't have me assigned to one. At that point enough was enough and I foresaw a nightmare of a stay and didn't want to continue with the comedy of errors. To top it off, Kevin chimes in and says, "well when I STAY AT HOTELS, I go to the front desk to check in"----Seems as though Kevin doesn't like the digital age we're all in. Hey Kev, maybe you can let Hilton know you prefer everyone to stop at the front desk and to eliminate the digital key! Kevin, its 2026 not 1996. In seeing some of the reviews seems this location has many issues with room reservations, charges to credit cards, etc. There's many other Hilton properties in the immediate area so if you have the choice, avoid this property.

Convenient location and every member of the staff I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Best hotel gym I've ever experienced, with lots of clean, well-maintained equipment. Good variety of breakfast options too. Would happily stay here again
