I've had 2 issues during my stay. 1st I arrived, unpacked and then turned on the shower. By the time I grabbed my robe and slippers, water was coming out of the bathroom. The shower pan flooded. After calling the front desk I was given another room. No room issues since. But I'm only on night 2 of a 6 night stay. 2nd issue is the cost of parking $64/night. I usually stay at another location in Denver when traveling for work and they waive my parking fees. Overall, I come to Denver 1-2 times a month. The other location doesn't have some of the amenities like the lobby which is perfect for meeting, working or even taking a break from work to people watch. I enjoy the walkability of Target, Starbucks, CVS and too many eateries to name. Easy access from the freeway, plus close to many of the venues in downtown.

I liked my stay here. The rooms were small but good. I loved the customer service from all the breakfast attendees. I did see some customers that I think are homeless people since I’ve seen them on the streets in downtown. When I checked around there weren’t any security guards. I think that there should be more security in the hotel. Overall it was an okay stay.

Everything was very smooth and the room was a great location! It is a little loud because you are downtown, but that comes with being right in the heart of everything. I found everything was clean and well maintained; it must have been recently renovated. The staff were friendly. The gym was well appointed and clean. I was able to walk from here to everything that I wanted to see. I like having the option for fridge and microwave, etc. so I could enjoy my leftovers from all the great food I had in Denver. There is a great view of the Rockies. The breakfast is typical Hilton hotel breakfast--very serviceable. I didn't need it, but I appreciated that there was a curtain in the room to separate the King bed from what I am assuming is a pull out couch if you were travelling with other people.

The parking here is absolutely horrible. I told the valet i would park my truck, then he informed me my truck was too big for their parking lot, but it wasn't before? Second, I had to park 3 blocks away with no place at the hotel to offload my luggage because I wasn't using valet parking. $30 a night for parking and it expires at 5am and they will fine you if it expires.
