The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were comfortable, with the exception of a random smell that would come and go. That said, I’m writing this review primarily to acknowledge the incredible courtesy of the staff. I truly did not encounter a single staff member who wasn’t extremely friendly, but I want to specifically recognize Justin. He went above and beyond, was incredibly warm and welcoming, and is exactly the kind of person leadership should know is making guests’ experiences memorable in the best way. His service stood out enough that I made a point to write this review.

Staying at Le Méridien Denver is always a highlight of my trips to Denver. The moment you walk through the doors, you feel welcomed and a sense of calm. The staff consistently goes above and beyond—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. The rooms are spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that make each stay feel special. I love the Illy espresso machines in each room. On this visit, I had breakfast at their restaurant Corinne, and the eggs benedict was incredible—perfectly prepared and one of the best I’ve had anywhere. I also love the rooftop lounge; the views are unbeatable and it’s the perfect place to unwind in the evening. The location is another major plus—easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions. Every visit reminds me why this is one of my favorite hotels anywhere. Exceptional service, beautiful spaces, and a consistently top-notch experience. Highly recommend!

TV never worked, no reception regardless of time of day. Here three days and worked a quarter of the time. Called maintenance and they shrugged their shoulders and said no reception due to hotel location??? Forget watching a show or movie because it will black out for longer than 30 minutes. And of course, the last night was The Grammy Awards. Pics attached. Deal breaker for me. This is a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Asked for change at bar on a $20 bill for valet. Got in car and noticed short $2. Guess they tipped themselves. All in all, not a good experience. Shame because hotel very clean, centrally located to downtown and convention center. Here for a medical conference and great meeting rooms and food. Valet parking $65/d + tip. Nowhere close to self park.

Lots of potential, but a miss. I’ve had 52 nights in Marriott properties this year, about 25 in non- Marriott, so I feel I know what to expect. Booked “deluxe room with skyline views.” Spent 3 nights (December 13-16, 2025). My view was of a parking lot with Rick’s gentlemen’s club just beyond the lot. Found lots of hairs in the restroom/sink/shower areas when I examined room. Engaged with the front desk staff 3 times. Once helpful and friendly, twice cold and rude. Went to rooftop bar (54thirty) 4 days in a row. Each day at least one signature drink wasn’t available, but this was three different drinks, not the same one each day. Ate in the lobby restaurant 4 different times. Very impressive staff and great service in lobby restaurant. Location of hotel, and room appointments were good. Staff and front desk and rooftop bar unimpressive. Room should have been free of hairs in 3 different areas but wasn’t. Used my lint roller to clean them up. Don’t recommend this property.
