Things to Know
Exceptional staff who go above and beyond make this worth considering, but the aging facility and tight parking situation come with real trade-offs for the price.
Exceptional staff who go above and beyond make this worth considering, but the aging facility and tight parking situation come with real trade-offs for the price. Known for: walkable to the convention center, genuinely helpful staff.
Staff consistently praised for being genuinely helpful, friendly, and willing to solve problems (even GM involvement when needed) Excellent location for walking to Denver Convention Center and downtown attractions Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and good temperature control Quality toiletries (nice brand shampoo, body wash, lotion) and full-sized coffee maker instead of just Keurig
On-site parking is extremely limited and expensive ($32/night); street parking nearby is cheaper but requires navigating the area Room conditions vary dramatically—some guests report old/outdated furnishings and cleanliness issues including stains and potential mold Hidden fees: hefty security deposit not always communicated upfront at booking, can add $300+ at check-in Entrance is hard to find (located in an alley with no signage) and the surrounding area feels sketchy, especially at night
Downtown is a great base for exploring Denver. It's known for its walkable streets, local restaurants, and access to the rest of the city.

We had a great stay! We came in for a quick business trip and wanted to be close to the convention center (perfect walking location for that!). We ended up taking our young kids along so we could visit family during our trip to CO, so we also wanted a family friendly hotel. I was a little nervous about location after reading some reviews but we felt totally safe walking around (both daytime and after dark) - it's a typical city after all, you have to just be mindful. We parked our rental car across the street that the hotel recommended since their small lot was full, it was easy and convenient. The room was big enough, we appreciated the large 12 cup coffee pot (not a silly Keurig!!!!) and the cleanliness of everything. There was no dish soap to do dishes by hand but they happily supplied us with detergent for the dishwasher when we needed it. Temp levels were nice/easy to manage, we didn't hear noise from any other rooms and minimal noise from outside. Beds were super comfy. We hit a snaffu when the hotel couldn't locate packages we had shipped there for our business event which was a bit stressful but staff was SO nice and helpful. The GM ended up coming over and helping us locate them just in time. We really were so pleased with the friendly staff. They were so helpful, too, when we were loading & unloading our car and having to do so with young kids in tow. Truly couldn't speak more highly about the staff at this hotel!

We love the staff at the front desk; very helpful! The room seemed to be small, however we had everything we needed! The shampoo, body wash, lotion were very good brand! I would recommend to stay here anytime!

This was a terrible disappointing stay. We hoped that paying for a pricier place would mean a better experience, but this is below par considering the price. Very limited on-site parking available for an exorbitant price, practically paying for a motel room for your car. There are some parking lots around the area that are cheaper, but expect to dish out money to house a vehicle. The rooms are roomy, but everything in them is old and outdated. Old TVs with no casting functions and nothing available but infomercials, and in our room it was 40 ft from the bed with the couch directly under it. You'd need binoculars to watch anything on it. They also charge an additional hefty security deposit. We stayed for about 4 days, and ended up needing an additional $300 to check in because they didn't communicate that when we got the reservation. The entrance is also frustratingly difficult to find and very crowded. I understand there's probably not much they can do about that, but it sucked.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and it would not have been possible without the help of Cameron. For context, I made a nonrefundable booking through Super.com, originally for early October 2025. But I had a schedule conflict, so I needed to rebook. Cameron worked proactively with his manager to allow us to reschedule despite Super.com’s nonrefundable policy, and he rebooked us for our new dates in late October at no cost to us. Without Cameron’s help, we would not be able to complete our stay, so I want to thank him for his work and flexibility. I also want to extend my gratitude to Daniela, who gave us complimentary early check-in after we had an early flight into Denver. Both Cameron and Daniela made our stay very comfortable, and I would gladly choose to stay here again.
