Bison Pastrami Reuben — A standout sandwich featuring tender Rock River Ranch bison brisket, tangy house caraway-apple kraut, creamy Russian dressing and melted Swiss on perfectly toasted marble rye. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with the bison adding a more robust, slightly gamey depth compared to a classic corned beef Reuben. Wedge Salad — Crisp iceberg with juicy tomatoes, candied pork belly, house blue cheese dressing, sweet chili glaze, blue crumbles and crispy onions. It was fresh with a nice interplay of textures and sweet-savory notes that complemented the heartier mains. Bison Chili — A bowl of hearty Chili Colorado made with ground bison, black beans, onions, white cheddar and green onions. It was comforting and flavorful, with a nice kick and plenty of depth — great as a starter or side alongside the sandwich. 👍 Highlights • Bold, flavorful use of bison throughout the dish lineup — especially in the Reuben and chili. • The wedge salad was a refreshing contrast to the richness of the sandwiches and chili. • Portions were generous and well-executed.

Overall it was average. The food was good but nothing exceptional, I did really enjoy the side salad. They had some good options for drinks but mine was too sweet. The service was also average (not the most expedient). The bathroom was frustrating. I was told to use one in the main building. It was all the way downstairs and then all the stalls were locked!? Then when I came back up there was a bathroom upstairs after all that they let me use. So that was odd. Overall, I’d say it’s an average experience typical for restaurants on 16th St. mall in Denver. However it was very convenient to the Paramount theater where we were going to a show after.

**Firstly, for transparency: There is a 20% Team service fee added to all checks.** Excellent food, and wonderfully sweet server, Kristen C! Their Connecticut Lobster Roll, Bison Burger w/ Colorado Chili, Fish & Chips (pictured and featuring sweet potato fries), all very tasty and enjoyed by me and my friends... Also, their seasonal mocktail - Yum! The live music was great, too. Thank you for a beautiful experience, despite the service fee, before tip, I will still be back. I hope all enjoy this fine establishment. Be blessed, all friends! 💜

Landed in Denver for a show at red rocks and decided to go to dinner late on a wednesday. Found this place on the 16th street mall and they had live music 7 days a week at 9pm. SOLD... needless to say we went back on Friday. Saw a jazz band on wednesday and a southern rock band on Friday and I must say whoever does the booking has a great ear. Both bands were great musicians and sounded great. The food was really good and reasonably priced. Had the ribeye and buffalo bites, wife had the bone marrow . Drinks were really good as well, I highly recommend this place
