I ordered from Brooklyn’s Finest Pizza expecting a straightforward, quality pizza experience, and while the food itself was decent, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and ultimately a deal-breaker for me. My order consisted of a large 16” cheese pizza, a 16” Empire State pizza, and an order of pepperoni pinwheels. During the ordering process, I very clearly and explicitly requested that both pizzas be square cut. This was not a casual request or an afterthought—it was intentional, emphasized, and confirmed. In fact, the request was printed directly on the receipt. Despite that, the pizzas arrived not square cut. That may sound minor to some people, but when a customer makes a specific request, confirms it, and it’s documented on the receipt, there is really no excuse for it to be ignored. Square cutting affects portioning, presentation, and the overall eating experience—especially when ordering large pies meant to be shared. When a business overlooks something that simple, it signals a lack of attention to detail and quality control. As for the food itself: the pizza was okay. The cheese pizza was serviceable, the Empire State had decent flavor, and the pepperoni pinwheels were fine. Nothing was outright bad, but nothing stood out enough to offset the frustration of receiving an order that was not prepared as requested. For the price point and reputation, “fine” just isn’t good enough—especially when basic instructions are ignored. What made this more frustrating is that the mistake was completely avoidable. This wasn’t a customization buried in notes or mentioned verbally once. It was clearly stated, acknowledged, and printed. When something that clear still gets missed, it undermines confidence in the operation as a whole. At the end of the day, pizza places live and die by consistency and execution. Getting the cut wrong when it’s explicitly requested—and documented—is a simple failure that should not happen. Because of that, I won’t be returning. Decent food, but the experience was disappointing enough that I’m not coming back.

Its hard for me to rate pizza because everyone has their own taste. I had no complaints! The BBQ sauce was a bit sweet but I liked that about it! Im always happy when I can fold slices as well! ^^

The service is really good and the people are nice. I stopped by after a long layover at Denver Airport. The food isn't anything special. A thin pizza is okay, but it needs to be sauced right with a good amount of cheese and this pizza didn't meet that expectation. The Italian sub was good, but the fries had a really strange after taste. Pricey for what you get here.

The pizza was great. Very delicious, although it did take a little while for us to get our order, but it was worth the wait. Seating is a bit limited, but there is some outdoor seating available. Give them a try!
