Lilac Coffee

I go to Lilac a little over once a month, early in the morning. The crew are nice, efficient, and they make damn good coffee. They're not the most conversational but Lilac is a walk-up or drive-thru-and-split sort of place so I don't fault them for that. Also, I am there early and I am not exactly Mr Social myself at that hour. Hell, that's why I'm there: coffee might allow me to be publicly acceptable! Either way: I get the honey haze as a 4 shot iced latte. And it is fabulous. Definitely recommended.

I hate writing bad reviews. Ordered a hot decaf vanilla latte. It taste like milk and vanilla flavoring. The coffee aka espresso is non existent or horrible beans. The only good thing i can see is the drive thru because the coffee isnt it. And i didnt even use the drive thru! Walked up.

This has to be one of the best small business coffee shops I have visited. I think it’s about my 5th time here and I’m sorry you just won’t get this kind of engagement at the larger corporations. Genuine interactions with or without the boss in for the day; which he deserves. Today I went again for my Lilac Honey Latte and waited like 2 minutes after ordering and I was met with an apology for the wait. Not even necessary! You all rock and thanks for my pick me up today!

Drive through coffee place on Colfax. The honey lilac latte was excellent and they have several other interesting options as well. They do have some food items available. Service was friendly and efficient. When the guy in the car in front of me dropped his card, the person taking orders came out and picked it up for him. The place is very distinctive and easy to find. Parking is not usually an issue since this is a drive through, but there are some tables outside.
