Oh! My! GOD!!! Charcuterie Nachos … where have you been my whole life? This place is a revelation. Absolutely worthy of continuing the Mercury’s legacy. Loved the shrimp po’ boy I ordered, but my wife’s chicken sandwich was even better. The chef is from eastern Texas and she has truly brought authentic Cajun to Denver. I didn’t even know what elote was. It was love at first bite. The elote fries could feed four people.

The food here is top tier. I got the buffalo chicken salad with house made ranch and it was amazing. The charcuterie nachos were perfect balance of sweet and savory.
