Friendly staff and good fun work out area stair climber 💪 they have fantastic activities for all, go down check them out . The also have karate classes, and Boxing 🥊💪 classes, the coaches are the most amazing family you can know your kids are safe with them and will come home with better manners also tired if they where doing classes. If you are worried about Prices they are well within your budget talk to them about your wants and they can help give you the Best pricing. Friday is Free Day to go check out the Boxing gym just remember to respect the gym .

This is a modest, quiet, and friendly community gym that offers a basic assortment of weight equipment, showers, and court areas. The staff are friendly and helpful, serving the local area with patience and compassion for their neighbors as well as the less fortunate. I was grateful for the opportunity to attend this gym during my time in the neighborhood, and was humbled by its charity. I greatly enjoyed the peace and privacy that it offers those who wish to better themselves. Thank you all for your community service!

This place is clean and well maintained. The weight room is a little small but perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The Basketball court got a face lift and it looks great. Good job Denver Recs. Keep up the great work.
