How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

We threw a birthday party for our three year old and everything was just perfect! Firstly, the ambience is so beautiful and thoughtfully put together. Sarah and Becky are so easy to work with and went the extra mile to make the day special for our family. The art projects delighted the kids too! We will definitely be back for both kids and adult classes!

We wandered in with twin 3-year-olds when family was in town and we all painted pottery and had a BLAST. The staff was so kind and lovely and the sensory area was perfect for my kids. 12/10 recommend stopping by!

My 7-year-old niece and I popped-in on a Saturday afternoon and had the most wonderful experience! Becky was so welcoming and encouraging. We both left with big smiles, having each created a piece of art and new memories together. Plus pricing was very reasonable!
