Overall the place was very nice. The rooms were spotless. Everything I needed down to kitchen utensils were provided and superior quality. The beds and linens were very luxurious. The building was very secure and we felt very safe being in downtown Denver. The cons... parking was dreadful! I did have an issue with the parking I paid for when we first arrived, but it was taken care of in ample time. Extra parking was a nightmare. The hallways REEKED of marijuana. I know its Colorado, but I specifically booked a non smoking property - this was not the case.

I stayed here with family while visiting Denver for the Great American Beer Festival. The rooms were comfortable and very close to many of the activities in the River North district that we wanted to do. We really appreciated the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the main living area, along with attached bathrooms for each bedroom. We were concerned about parking in the area when we first arrived, as it was street parking only at the time (there was some construction going on), but we had no issues finding spots on any of the days we were there. The entire area is quiet and felt extremely safe. Getting to pretty much anywhere in downtown Denver is easy from here. Most of the city is within a 10 minute drive, but we pretty much walked or took the ever-present shared scooters and bikes wherever we needed to go. There are multiple bike paths that run past the property, making it a very efficient means of transportation. Overall we had a great stay at Kasa RiNo Denver, and look forward to staying again in the future.

We traveled to Denver to visit our son who lives in the building. This was so convenient and pretty affordable. We love having a kitchen, a little space to spread out and access to the amenities. Love the coffee machine. We were able to walk to many restaurants. The apartment, building and grounds are beautifully kept.

This is such a great idea to rent out apartment rooms- they have everything you need for a little stay-cation. They have a full kitchen if you do not want to eat out. They have a balcony, a full gym (upper and lower levels), areas to do work/study with coffee machines and has a walking path right outside the building. You are a short scooter ride or uber (or maybe a 20-30 min walk) to a ton of restaurants bars and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again.
