La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Gateway Park

I had a great stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Gateway Park. Everything about the hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Because of the switch to Daylight Saving Time, I accidentally missed breakfast by a few minutes. The breakfast bar was already being cleaned up, but Lesly noticed and went out of her way to help. She actually brought some of the items she had already put away back out so I could still grab something to eat. I was honestly blown away by her kindness and willingness to help. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made my morning. Huge thanks to Lesly for turning what could have been a rough start to the day into a great one! I’ll definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Residence Inn for one night with a group of friends, and the entire experience was top-notch. 🏨✨ From the moment we walked in, the front desk team was welcoming, professional, and super efficient, making our check-in a total breeze. 🤜🤛 Even the check-out process was seamless, wrapping up a perfect getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back next time we’re in town! 🙌🔥

This has by far been the best experience ! Everyone all the way down to house keeping are all sooo sweet and display top tier customer service skills ! You can tell by the excellence of the staff , that management is top tier because it reflects on their staff tremendously ! Breakfast was delicious! Pool and hot tub was an added bonus ! They are very accommodating as far as working with you on any issue of any at all ! Jordan is very sweet, bubbly , and outgoing ! You can tell that he truly enjoys his job , and doesn’t mind going above and beyond to make your staff comfortable! Same for Paloma ! She was amazing also ! Very accommodating and informative and you can tell that she also really enjoys her job ! Hotel was very clean and well kept as well as the grounds ! Look no further ! This is where u want to be ! I also met the manager for a brief moment , and he him self was simply amazing also ! Which was a no brainer cause as I stated it reflects in the awesomeness of his amazing staff !! Would stay here again and again and again !

This hotel is definitely one of the best I have stayed at in the last few years. I have had NOTHING but excellent service and assistance each and every time, Julissa has been amazing and extremely helpful and always polite! She has not ever been anything but exceptional and always has a great attitude and smile. I have to say she has been one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I’ve had the pleasure to deal with in my entire experience of dealing with in the hospitality industry. Julissa ABSOLUTELY needs to recognized for her positive attitude and the attention she provides to everyone that comes through those doors. Thank you so very much for all that you do! Keep up the amazing work and the positive attitude.
