The Ponti serves creative, elevated comfort food in a beautifully designed museum space, with standout dishes like their exceptional grilled cheese and inventive small plates that justify splurging after your art visit. Known for: creative italian dishes in a gallery setting.
The grilled cheese is exceptional—reviewers specifically praised it as the best in Denver, served with guanciale on top. Creative seasonal menu with unique items like roasted carrots with whipped ricotta, lamb cavatelli, and tarragon ice cream. Lovely interior space with actual artwork integrated throughout. Half-portion options available for entrees if you want to try things without committing to a full meal. Strong desserts, especially the pumpkin spice crème brûlée and pear crisp.
Brunch menu has very limited breakfast options and some reviewers felt portion sizes were small for the price. Check their schedule carefully—they have different menus for brunch vs. lunch service, and you might miss dishes you wanted. Can get very busy with large groups, though service quality seems to hold up.

We got the roasted carrots with whipped ricotta, grilled cheese, pear crisp, and chocolate bread pudding with eggnog ice cream. I LOVED the first three. The bread pudding was good but I’ve had better (wasn’t a fan of their eggnog ice cream). It was a super busy day with large groups but our server Steven was absolutely wonderful. Be sure to check when they offer their brunch menu vs. lunch! I wanted to try the beet shepherd’s pie on the lunch menu but went during brunch lol

Had the Lamb Cavateli and Pumpkin Spice Creme Brûlée. Both were delicious! I was so glad they had a half portion of the Cavatelli as that was a big enough portion for me. Perfect little splurge after walking through the museum.

Broad, creative menu; the best grilled cheese I’ve had in Denver (served with guanciale slices on top of the sandwich); delicious tarragon ice cream to top off a great lunch in a lovely space.

For a brunch almost no breakfast options. Food we received was very small portion and 1 step above Dennys. Price was way out of line for the Food we received no toast no side option. Just one egg on top of precooked cheep cornbeef cubes. If they have great dinner ill never know. Shoot yourself in the foot with the "brunch"
