Went to Bar Dough during Happy Hour but ended up getting Nonna’s Dinner - where you select 3 items for a coursed meal. I am not sure I would recommend unless you really love rich desserts. The tuna was OK, nothing to write home about. The pasta and the pizza were the standouts. Absolutely delicious. And honestly, the Aperol spritzes on happy hour were maybe the best I’ve had in Denver. PERFECT ratio! I recommend getting a reservation at a table, because the high tops were uncomfortable (we asked to move). The music they were playing too was a 10/10!!!

I've come back for dinner twice since my original visit to Bar Dough in December 2025 and each experience has been uniformly great! The italian-themed menu is surprisingly original and creative, and takes advantage of the local Colorado bounty. The ambience is intimate, warm, and upbeat, accentuated by an eclectic mix of modern music. The service at the bar has been outstanding, and the wine list, while a bit limited, does feature some excellent choices that pair well with the food. Featured in the photos are the elk rack, with a beautiful, understated heat from the calabrian chilis, and the budino, adorned with an interesting apple cider agro dolce. I would highly recommend!

Haven't visited in a few years as we live in Longmont. Forget how excellent it is! Both the pizzas and pastas were spot on. Service was spot on and the restaurant is super cute. The wine program is a bit limited but covers a lot of ground and we found a couple of nice bottles. Now that they back on our radar sure we'll be back more often! A+

My partner and I had Nonnas Table which is a 3 course meal- it was delicious! We really loved the meatball and fritto misto for the apps! Our waitress, Kat, was SO kind and personable and did a great job of explaining the menu to us and checked in throughout the meal and courses. She made our experience great. We will be back!
