The Family Jones Spirit House

The Family Jones Spirit House continues to be one of my favorite cocktail spots in Denver. This location acts as their working distillery and tasting room, and it’s where they experiment with and refine their spirits and cocktail recipes. You can really tell they take the craft seriously. We tried several drinks from their winter menu and each one was well executed. The LoHi Rising stood out with its Earl Grey and citrus profile, and the Après-Pear Marg was smooth and flavorful with spiced pear and tequila. The Salt & Vinegar Martini was creative and came with a pickled potato garnish that made it memorable. The Alpine Glow was bright and refreshing with hibiscus and prosecco. We also ordered the grilled cheese with soup and the pretzel bites, which were perfect for the cold weather and paired well with the drinks. Overall it’s a great place to enjoy creative cocktails in a comfortable setting, especially during the winter months.

I have been here NUMEROUS times. It’s my friend and I’s favorite place to go! As usual the drinks were ✨ chef’s kiss ✨ and the experience was unmatched. Vibes completely immaculate, music choice was impeccable, and overall 11/10. My friend and I who are frequent patrons were so excited to take our three friends and hyping the place up and it was not a disappointment in the slightest. Our night surpassed all expectations we set for them! Derek was an absolute riot in the best way and made our night fun and memorable! He was exactly what the table needed & wanted & we are so appreciative. A huge THANK YOU for making my birthday feel great!

Fantastic sophisticated and genial spot. Great for a fun evening with friends or a cute date night. The drinks are incredible and the staff professional and very warm. I recommend the smoky old fashioned for a refreshing take on the classic.

We went for happy hour on a Sunday and absolutely fell in love with the place. Such a beautiful place with comfy seats and nice people. And the drinks are AMAZING. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the amazing time and wonderful vibes.
