I absolutely love this place and come here with my dog often! The food is great, really good coffee, and everyone here is so friendly to both me and my dog. The patio is shaded, very dog friendly, and in such a great part of town. I would highly recommend checking out Highlands Cork if you're in the area!

I’ve always had a good meal here, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is unique, food, coffee, and booze is reasonably priced. Enjoyed the Boulder Panini today. If you’re in the Highlands be sure to stop in!

We had a great experience sitting out front and great customer service. We ordered the schmange with vegan cream cheese, a soy milk vanilla latte, and a Bhakti chai with oat milk. The coffee was delish and we loved our food.

It was our first time in Denver, we saw that this was the best reviewed coffee shop in the area and decided to stop by. The food was fantastic I ordered the Hector and it was one of the best paninis I’ve ever had. I got a hot vanilla latte that was amazing. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back as soon as I can! The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I felt like I was at home, great service!
