Chestnut Place ApartHotel

This place was great. Perfect location for our denver stay as a base camp for day trips to Colorado Springs and Breckenridge. Very nice area everything we wanted was very close... restaurants, grocery, coffee, bar, liquor store. Car rental was less than a mile. Train to and from airport were just blocks away. Most important the place was spacious clean and very affordable. Place had everything we needed including laundry which was nice to take home clean clothes. Will be my first choice next time in denver. No contact check-in was nice. They do require a lot of documentation prior to stay but it's totally worth it, it's a nice place!

This is a scam, avoid! Sends out emails requesting downloading of a third party app through a link in the email and the upload of personal information including a copy of photo ID and "recent picture" and stating this is the only option for check in/out and room access. NO disclosure through booking site until after booking already completed. Unacceptable!
